Imagine this, if you will: you walk into a high school chemistry lab. You hear an R&B song by the Beatles. Harmonica solo. Then. . .
Girl: Ugh. What is this. This is so gay.
Given that and the fuckers who drove by my house at 2.30 Sunday morning in a diesel towtruck with a megaphone commenting drunkenly on my neighbours' law decor, I'm a little reticent about humanity right now.

Hello.
It's been three weeks or so. My bad.
You see, I've been busy with EVERYTHING.
First, the Jazz Festival. That was swingin'. The best parts were when Tyler and I did a sax duet version of Straight No Chaser by Monk. Thank you, Monk. We ended up out in the audience having an improv sax battle. Seriously, it was great. We both lost pieces of clothing to the audience. Don't really know what happened. Just know one minute I had my head in Tyler's bell, and the next Tyler wasn't wearing a shirt, and the next I was on a table. . .
Then, the next week, was Brittney's and my joint birthday party, which consisted of Twister, Risk, DDR, and a bunch of jamming out like monkeys. Vega met Bethany. Bethany said, 'Rowr.' Metaphorically speaking. Unfortunately, Vega has not called her, because he's an idiothead. When you get a girl's number, you must use this divine gift.
Wednesday, 30 April, I went to the awards ceremony for the Ides of March Contest. Won the Emily Dickinson Award for Lyricism. Cool beans.
That Friday, I went to First Friday with Jenny, Bethany, and Bethany's friend Morgan. Vega was supposed to go, but he got called out for some other thing at the last minute. A shame.
Before we picked Bethany and Morgan up, Jenny and Tejesh and I went to a bead store in Alamo Heights to buy beads. Good stuff. I made this pseudo-religious necklace/stoll thing. W3rd.
We parked across from Bryce's house, so we visited him. That was nice. I love Bryce. He's redoing his siding. At first glance, I thought his house had burned down. Scary.
This past week was AP tests, first English Lit (Mon.), then Statistics (Wed.) and Calculus BC (Thu.). Stats and Calc I'm confident of 4s at least; English Lit, I'm kind of scared.
I've just come in from Lee prom. There's a special update to The Players, which shows what happens when one makes out with Brittney while she's holding a camera.
*sigh* I'm tired. Next week will be busy as hell, too: Seven AP tests, Senior Awards, Senior Recital (and whatever practices for it I can swing!). But at the end of the week, damn, I'll be so high on seratonin. . .
Speaking of which--in Physics, I discovered that tuning forks are so much better than drugs. Try touching one to your nose lightly, or the hairs on the back of your neck, or your eyelashes. That shit fucks you up, motherfucker.
Anyhoo, I'm going to go upload some pictures now
