Well, lots happened yesterday. Mostly just my family loving Brittney. And Brittney and my dad making fun of me. While I played With a Little Help from My Friends on my saxophone.
Blargh.
Then today. Chores. Hung out with my grandfather.
Sunil: my cousin is here
Sunil: shes like 5
Cooper: is she hot?
Sunil: shes like 5

Happy Xmas!
Today was a very very good day.
It didn't start out too well. Brittney was supposed to come over to open gifts with us, but her family didn't wake up in time. See her LJ for information about that.
And really for the rest of the day, you can reference it as well. I'm a little tired/lazy.
What I got for Xmas:
warm clothes (gloves, flannel boxers, socks, sweaters)
chocolate
a very nice pen/pencil set from Brittney, engraved 'A. Cooper'
an auto compass
a tie
an orange
a Bob Dylan CD set, including bonus DVD clips of him live
phonics flash cards
and some other stuff as well that I'm once again too lazy to enumerate.
What I got Brittney for Xmas:
a garland of pink flowers and a peace-sign patch
a pool cue
and (upcoming) a pool-cue case
After she left, we watched Ice Age. Now I'm watching some movie with John Travolta, and--gasp!--it's actually good!
Alex: Drew!!
Cooper: happy xmas
Alex: thanx
Alex: dude, you're so damn sexy
Cooper: thanks
Alex: I just want ot take choclate syrup and pour it all over you
Yeah.

It's Xmas Eve.
I just got home from singing at the candlelight service at Abiding Presence. My sister and my parents went, which was cool. First time my sister had been to a Lutheran mass. Surprisingly, she liked it.
Saw Mrs. Petrich. I really love that woman. It's too bad all of this with Christine has been going on, because it interferes quite the little bit with that. Christine wasn't there tonight; she and Paul were at Paul's relatives'.
My parents saw Mrs. Petrich. They talked. That was cool.
And I was hit upon, if in a very freshmanlike style, by Kendra. That's a little odd. But it's all good, I suppose.
Earlier, I went to the mall with Alexis to get gifts for Mother. Why is it that the only damn JC Penney's stores are hell far away from my house? I almost got into an accident getting off 410 at Ingram. Then people were jerks in the parking lot (I wasn't). Then on the way home I witnessed an accident, so I stopped to help. Glad I did. I like stopping to help. No-one was hurt, but lots of emotion, and I think I may have prevented at least a few injustices.
Contuing on in the spirit of reverse chronology:
Yesterday, I did. . . not a whole lot. I shopped for people, mostly Brittney and my sister. Ran into Uncle Rick at the mall. Er, what used to be the mall. Sears in Central Park.
Was followed in North Star by some eighth-grade girls. Feh. That was annoying. They kept staring at me and giggling. Too bad I had to go to Claire's to get some gifts--they, as eighth-grade girls, absolutely had to go to that store. They kept staring at me through the ceiling mirrors.
Now I'm going downstairs to sing hymns/carols with my family. And work on the puzzle we bought.
Brittney's coming over to open presents tomorrow.
*smile*

Saturday. Went to Cuero, Texas, for my family's annual Xmas shopping trek. We go to a small Texas town every year for all of our shopping.
Highlights: freaking my sister out with demon talk. Finding a copy of Jerry Falwell Presents Ollie North: Liberty An American Hero for $1.00 at a resale shop.
Also bought Brittney something. *smile*
Then I took Brittney to the nermal Xmas party at Krystal's. That was really cool. We caroled, and this old lady really loved it. *smile* I think it made her very happy. Then we had a white elephant gift exchange and watched The Princess Bride amidst a very sex-charged atmosphere. Always fun, especially the part where I hit all upon Eric Patenaude. Heh.
Then some other stuff transpired.
Sunday. Went to church. Ate lunch. Slept. Went to Brittney's. Am now watching That '70s Show with my sister.
